Well I am not having a very good day. My father died earlier today. Though he was in his late eighties I had no real inkling of his health problems, so it was a shock. I can't really think of any more to say.

Well I finally got a job! I don't know too many details yet but I have a job in an adult store in the St. Louis metro area! I am going to be starting this Thursday or Friday. After 9 months it is so good to be getting ready to work again!

 I thought I would send out an update of what I know so far. Deacon's Dad's heart attack happened earlier than they thought, roughly a week ago. They are going ahead with the pacemaker surgery on Monday but he will be weaker. There was a lot of damage done between the attack and when they caught it. Deacon will be staying with his family for the next few days, at least through the surgery Monday. Thanks to the_sween  I am going out to the Q-C tomorrow to save dsjones from having to drive all the way back in an unfamiliar car with Peanut by herself. That is about all the news I have except for this. To those who know Amber and Steve If you see or hear from them before Monday please tell them to call me. I need her to babysit monday and their phones are really spotty at the new place. If dsjones is reading this before talking to the Deacon I will have your day cleared on Monday if I cannot find her. That seems to be it so I'll just say that I will update again if I get more info. 

  You know it is truly amazing what a difference the last week has made in my household. There is a lot of crap going on at work and elsewhere and it is spring which is my traditional season to be very depressed. I should be in some of the worst doldrums of my life. Right now all it takes is a smile from dsjones  and I have a big smile on my face too.
   Thank you to all who helped us achieve this. It has been the most amazing thing to see.

 So, anyone in the CU area probably heard about the accident that killed a teacher Monday. Yeah I drove through it not a whole five minutes after it happened. I was there before the cops. I was thinking at the time that one of the drivers looked badly hurt but the emergency vehicles got there before I could call 911 or turn around. Then today was simply bad news from start to finish. Work, Home, and elsewhere. I do not handle stress well.

I know I am bad but does this thing have to remind me of my own birthday?!?

Thank you to everyone who friended me thanks to dsjones . I am very appreciative of the welcome. I don't know how much I'll actually be posting because I am the most Horrid typist the world has ever seen. Then again, who knows, this might be the perfect place to express all those maunderings  that dsjones and deaconobvious  get tired of every night. Anything is possible, and that I know for sure!
